In 2026, we celebrate the 90th anniversary of the outstanding Latvian composer and pianist Raimonds Pauls. With the concert performance Maestro, we pay tribute to this remarkable interaction between time, music, and cherished memories.

The programme features melodies that have become cornerstones of Latvian culture, alongside new works inspired by the Maestro’s unique musical universe – reminding us that to this day his music remains alive, present, and inspiring.

Without Raimonds Pauls, Latvian music would not be what it is today. One might even imagine that Latvian identity itself would be different. Through the most beautiful melodies by Raimonds Pauls, performed by outstanding soloists and ensembles, we celebrate the Maestro’s 90th birthday.

Preschool-age children will not be admitted to the concert.
